Joe Biden was right to be racist. The crime bill of 1994 was justified by the inherent violence of ”straight” black men. After their war crimes against Gay people in their own countries, that bill doesn’t go far enough. We need another crime bill that will double down on everything that crime bill did to declare war on “straight” black male toxicity and violence.
