There's two separate questions. How was it made? And how did it get out? It was obviously made in a joint U.S. and Chyna effort. How it got out still needs to be answered if that's even possible.

Well I can take an educated guess - Fauci's gang released it on purpose, if not under Fauci then the Dept of Defense (who were overseeing both the research and who had control and ownership of the 'countermeasures' known as vaccines).

Once you realize the virus was made for the vaccines, everything makes sense, ya know?
