They didn't use crybulling, there were a grand total of about 50 of them, and the media gave them extensive coverage because they made Christians look bad.

They did try to provoke though, and get the other guy to strike first, giving them the legal grounds to sue and win which helped fund their operations.

They didn't burn down police stations and federal courthouses.

I'm not saying the two are equal, I'm saying the over-the-top theatrics with the intent of provoking a violent response are similar.

I agree. The Modus Operandi is very similar. You do something shocking or incredibly annoying but technically legal to provoke others into reacting in an illegal manner then play the victim. In the westboro Baptist churches chase their goal was to make money to keep the cult going.

In the woke case it's to get their way in whatever organizations they manage to hijack. Ultimately for some grift in most cases it seems. In whatever case it draws a lot of attention.

The more extreme actions of various woke types can simply be attributed to the fact that there are far more of them and there isn't a really central controlling body like with the WBC. They are influenced by various interests certainly but their organization is more akin to a mob and they operate like one, the controlling interests can only attempt to goad the mob in the direction they want but they can't exercise direct control over it

In reality though, I think this sort of thing sort of betrays a flaw in our legal system. If the WBC can go stand outside a soldiers funeral with a sign that says "Soldier Burns in Hell!" and be all around annoying cunts near grieving friends and family. And someone goes up and clocks them. I think that's a pretty good example of "play stupid games win stupid prizes" and if I were the judge I'd be very willing to accept the "emotionally distraught" defense and rescind charges. Frankly I think it should qualify as incitement myself. I don't think protesting at funerals is the sort of thing one can argue is anything other than incitement outside of a few very specific circumstances.

Of course society as a whole would be a lot better off if everyone just ignored the fuck out of the WBC no matter what their antics were. Once you starve an attention troll of attention they'll wither and die.

I get it, right, when anyone here says red, you say blue. That's what they taught you in the training courses. You've probably read the book before now too, which is why you have suspicious familiarity with the subjects taught therein.

I'm not one of these people, I'm more center-left than most folks on this forum but I recognize woke ideology for the poison it is.

No really, blue.
