It seems they have redefined 'tolerance' to be fair.

'Tolerance' would mean that everyone would tolerate someone with different views chatting within 10m of them. You see this redefining with the trans issue as well. Tolerance means I don't much care if I am going about my business and have to see or hear trannies, which I don't. What they are demanding is that I not only tolerate their delusions but participate in them, and accept their ideology as objective reality, which I will not do. Much like evangelicals are intolerant in that they demand others follow the standards of their ideology. Wokism is just secular religious intolerance and they have appropriated the meaning of this term to mean its opposite

When these people say 'tolerance', what they really mean is 'intolerance for anyone who disagrees with their ideology', literally the exact opposite of the true meaning of this concept. This word has been completely corrupted, tolerance means you do you as long as you don't infringe upon the rights of others. Now I'm not saying this is necessarily good, thats a different discussion, but its a far cry from how it has come to be defined by the new woke left, and think its important to be clear what exactly we are talking about and which ideas are responsible for which outcomes when using words that can mean different things
