While this seems like a dead ringer, it seems the publicly given evidence, is a little weak, albeit a decent amount of weak connections.

A lot of the connections between this candidate and the actions are largely the assumptions of the partisan-politically-appointed Police Chief...from what one can gather from what is publicly disclosed.

The most solid thing mentioned is the matching shell casing (between many articles), but many of us know that, like the sham of finger-printing, fake science of lie detectors, and to a lessor extent, some DNA testing....shell case forensics is a whole lot less definitive than it is frequently portrayed. This gun for shell case matching found with the drug/gun smuggler buddy of the candidate, who was pulled over in the candidate's car. They also mention a confidential informant and having electronic devices....although, pictures holding guns doesn't prove you shot at houses.

What gets me is there were MANY shootings. These guys are connected to like one, based on location and maybe another based on shell casing...again, via the limited public info. Yet, the Police Chief is suggesting there was a huge conspiracy, paying several people to go shoot a half dozen houses, like some kind of mob-hit. This seems wishful thinking from lazy cops with no leads on several incidents, who maybe got lucky with one incident case falling in their lap.
