NO fucking "amnesty" for the 'military leaders' that tolerated this to begin with. EVERY element of the chain-of-command that implemented the "mandate" to be reduced to E-1 and discharged with forfeiture of all pay and benefits.

Any servicemember (who hasn't learned their lesson about the trustworthiness of the FEDGOV) who desires re-instatement should be allowed to resume their previous position, and be given all back-pay, allowances and time-in-grade. All documentary evidence of any administrative or UCMJ action against personnel over the "mandate" must be purged from their records.

There's no escape for the military either. Having them in a weakened state makes them easier to use as cannon fodder.
