White kids are being dumbed down since black kids cannot be smart enough

Niggers ruin everything eventually due to their ignorance.

Math is a way of thinking. Opening up the pathway to do complex math allows for more complex thinking.

If your field of study does not require algebra, then it has no place in a university.

If you don't understand algebra then you do not belong in a university.

If you offer fields of study which do not require algebra, then you have no right to call yourself a university.

Depending on your path in life, it may be useful or not. I can read a tape measure and use a calculator to build and sell things. If I need algebra I’ll hire it out.

Sure. All they need to know is the list of Diversity-Inclusion-Equity (DIE) talking points, and how to shriek and make Molotov cocktails. Everything else is secondary.

We've saw these same changes codified in a lot of "equability" pushes in schools, to help minorities who consistently test worse on these types of subjects.

This is about college requirements and not sure there's anything as nefarious as this article suggests.

“We’re sending the majority of students down the college algebra road, which is really not necessary,” said Daniel Archer, vice president of academic affairs for the Kansas Board of Regents. “It’s not practical. It’s not really needed. And it’s not relevant for their fields.”

I didn't have to take college algebra because I had taken classes in HS for it. I jumped right into calculus.

I personally believe it's the way it's taught. My algebra 1 teacher was a good teacher, she was also my geometry teacher so I did okay. I transferred schools and my algebra 2 teacher was Spock. I failed out halfway through the first semester and he wouldn't let me take the algebra 2 second semester so I had to take statistics.
