Considering that I subject myself to a higher risk than that every time I get inside my vehicle (1/107 Americans will die in a car accident) and think nothing of it, I don't find that relative risk particularly alarming

This is possible if everyone figures out they were injected with poison by their doctor and nurses.

Seems fair to me.
