The world is best without racism. This is because you get a broader pool of talent from which to recruit people, so things are more efficient.

Also, hatred is an unpleasant emotion to feel, and tends to create a viscous cycle of hatred. So better not to start.

Eh racism is just entry level meritocracy. If you REALLY wanted to make it a level playing field you would make it illegal to put anything other than anon at the top of a job application form.

White men would get the bulk of the jobs, which is why they don't do it.

I knew it! In reality we give women a pass for everything because according to nature's law they're real people with dignity and not expendable machines like men are, and can also easily manipulate with childish looks or lust. Women do have their own social problems, but almost all of them are inflicted by other women, not "the patriarchy".
