You are right, the electricity price in China is 0.53 yuan/kWh, 0.075 USD/kWh. Really cheap. My House electricity bill is $20~40 a month.

But my parents still think it's expensive and make me use less air conditioner.

The real cheap thing in China is the network fee, which is only $4.64 a month, MaxSpeed: 200Mb/s.
