Let me translate:

Trust science = Blindly believe our government appointed, scientific authorities. Disregard the scientific method.

Fair wages = Equality of outcome, get rid of meritocracy in all its forms.

Universal healthcare = I'm a fat slob and want everyone else to pay for it.

Covid is a hoax = BigPharma capitalized on the fear of a marginally enhanced cold to make more money out of the guillible

Trump won = Our election system is not as robust as it should be and Twitter certainly swayed the election way more than Russians ever did.

"LGBT = Satan" = Absolutely true, nothing to add or translate for this one.
