While this Judge only gets this out of context information from tossing aside all attorney-client privilege protections, he should know that with such a divergence from proper court routines like this, you come to rash and faulty assumptions like this. This kind of assertion should have no place on the bench, but maybe could be an by-definition-biased prosecutor's argument to a jury, but only along with facts and the context provided by testimony, including admonishing testimony provided by defense.

Remembering this is a gaslighting type talking point, that projects to know someone's motivations, frame of mind, and what they know/don't know, from vague side clues, which is identical to the Jan 6 Committee's gaslighting from earlier last year:
