I hate to bypass the revenue systems of sites fighting an uphill battle against efforts to suppress narratives, but I couldn't get the site to work. It's probably my excessive security and ad blocking. Peeking at the source code showed they appeared to be simply quoting this post, which loaded for me fine:

So now we have to think back, although this issue was with versions not put into use until after the 2020 election, this may hint at fundamental design weaknesses or bug-prone areas, that may be present in other ways prior. The main result of this bug, was all scanned ballots after the bug was triggered, were marked provisional and hidden from the counts.

It may be a weak correlation, but there was tons of talk of excessive provisional ballots, scanning issues with them, issues counting them, and people questioning them statistically in 2020.

Funny how this happened in Georgia, but in 2020, Fulton County had that ballot scanning issue, that was quickly dismissed and swept under the rug.
