Does this criticism against colonialism include his Turkish allies?

I have no idea, he could very well be a hypocrite. I have no love for Putin or his politics, but I think he has a point about the US. I would say that the Turks are far less globally dominant than the US empire. I would also say it appears these separatist regions democratically voted to join Russia and that this appears to be consistent with the UN's ideas about democracy and self determination.
