Protesters were at the door of the publicly accessible building that has seen many protests enter before, nobody got shot on previous occasions. The officer shot into a crowd in the vicinity of other staff and officers, breaching protocol in my opinion, to shoot dead an unarmed woman. I disagree with the Justice Department.

Babbit was breaking through the smashed window of a barricaded door. That hadn't happened before. An attempt to overthrow the US's democracy with violent coup also had not happened before.

The justice department had the facts.

Video evidence suggested that individuals dressed like Antifa in black with masks.ans.sunglasses were smashing the windows while Trump supporting protesters tried to stop them. There was a documented planned Antifa counterprotest at the same location and on the same day.

overthrow the US's democracy

There has never been any evidence to suggest this was the intention of the protesters.

When has breaking a window ever been considered a worthy reason to shoot an unarmed woman dead? Is the US in Saudi Arabia?

At least 919 people have been charged in the Capitol insurrection so far. None of the arrests have been Antifa.

Suspect you're misinterpreting who's who in the video evidence.

There has never been any evidence to suggest this was the intention of the protesters.

Just a co-incidence that they showed up at the place and time to stop the certification of the presidential election? Then breached the building?

‘Get violent. Stop calling this a march, or rally, or a protest. Go there ready for war. We get our President or we die. NOTHING else will achieve this goal.’

When they're part of an attack seeking to kill political leaders and destroy democracy.
