This is a publicly traded company. They answer to their shareholders. They do not infiltrate; they pay "experts" to convince the State that increases in rates are needed, whether those "facts" are manipulated or not.

You do realize that pay to play is both sides of the isle, don't you? There is no republican or Democrat party, they all do the same shit. Look at any of their worth before office and during office. The sooner you wake up and realize that and that the only way we will ever fix any corruption or income issues is for the peo0e to unite and demand these people be jailed and real solutions, the better off our country will be. Don't play into the division, it keeps them in power and keeps the corruption going.
