Never hire a queer. Too much drama.

Gay people can already get married, who cares

That's dependent on the state.

Codifying gay marriage into federal law would have the effect of criminalizing any practitioner of Judeo-Christian religion.

This would essentially nullify the first amendment.

No, you're thinking of anti-discrimination laws. But there isn't really any reason to codify it into law other than for that. Neither is there any reason to codify heterosexual marriage into law except to punish people who don't marry. Or at least the men who don't.

I don't understand, are they going to force priests to perform marriage ceremonies for gay couples? I would not be on board with that, they can get someone who isnt a priest to do the ceremony

They can't actually. Unless words mean nothing, they can absolutely not. Call it a civil union. Call it a BFF Legal Partnership 4Lyfe. But marriage is a holy institution created by God and the fags are literally unable to marry. A man and a woman can marry. A man and a man, or a woman and a woman can't. That's not what marriage is.

No...marriage is defined as a legal concept rather than a religious one in the US because we have separation of church and state. It does NOT require a member of the clergy to get married, it requires someone licensed by the state to pronounce it. The church has no legal authority over what constitutes a marriage by US law

Wrong. You can't redefine the sun unless words mean nothing. It's our local star. A law that says the sun is a glass of lemonade won't change that it's the sun. A law to change the meaning of the word marriage is null and void ab initio. States have nothing to say about it, that's all crookedness. It is 100% a church affair.

The LEGAL definition of marriage is whatever the law defines it to be. The church has no say over this in the US. Gay people don't care whether the church or UK parliament recognize their marriage, they want marriage as defined by the law of the US and the legal benefits that entitles them to. Thats why congress wants to make laws

The law says you can murder an unborn child with impunity. That doesn't make it right either.

I don't care what the queers think. They need to settle that up with the Jesus.
