Perhaps all modern Western medicines and medical practices need to be removed from sub-Saharan Africa. Do the same with ALL Western technologies, especially crop management and farming methods.

All Negroes need to be removed from all lands outside sub-Saharan Africa and returned to their original turf. Then seal the borders so that no human enters or leaves. Ban all imports/exports. The Negroes are on their own. Natural selection will assuredly eventually send that vile, foul, filthy sub-species into eventual extinction. What a boon to all humanity that would be!!!!
