More free than the Chinese, or even the Russians.

Depends on how you want to define freedom. I'm not going to sit here and lie to you that Chinese and Russians enjoy any real political freedoms compared to the US, at least in terms of legal protections.

But what country is it you'll get arrested for the crime of enjoying a beer in a public place?

America enjoys a very strong legal set of political freedoms, however American society is also one of the most litigious, regulated, and in some ways socially and politically intolerant societies in the world. Is that freedom?

Modern America at least resembles China and Russia far more than most Americans wish to admit. The main difference though is America is a two-party state rather than a one party state so political discourse is allowed as long as it is beholden to at least one party platform. At least until one of the two parties manages to seize all the power.

I'd even go so far as to say a system of representative democracy where representatives can only run with large amounts of special interest dollars, is only essentially different from Russian oligarchy in that it is slightly better disguised as democracy

And to say as much to the average voter can easily be influenced to vote the way the special interests wish. The current dipolar structure is therefore incredibly useful as a way to identify and market to voters and ensure that neither party gains uncontested control and reveals the inability to make good on their promises. The current system requires a boogyman. Rolls which Trump and Biden perform admirably.

Can't really blame China and Russia for wanting to ban and censor the deep state pedophiles.

Americans are in an MK Ultra 1984 Truman Show dystopia. The Truman Show (America) might be a nicer place to live for Truman (the sheep) and the sheep can say whatever they want (i.e. "free speech), but it's still not freer than the outside world.

People who try to wake up the Trumans of the world get suicided like Gary Webb, Isaac Kappy, Tracy Twyman, Nancy Schaefer, Jenny Moore, Michael Hastings, John McAfee, Tom Philpott, Gary Caradori, Max Spiers, Udo Ulfkotte, Deborah Palfrey, Aaron Swartz, etc.

Then there are assassinations for thought crimes, like in Operation Gladio and COININTELPRO.

This is only the tip of the iceberg. Your "free country" is the most evil entity in the history of mankind.

I was more referring to how (in particular in China), they don't have any of the rights in the bill of rights.

And I'm not sure how that interacts with the creative fictional universe of Q-anon.
