presidents don’t have any real power. most of them freely admit that at one point or another during their time in office. it’s common.

everyone knows that these people are all puppets……except you?

I've written multiple comments on this site saying precisely what you are saying here, so yes I realize this. You're right; my comment suggests otherwise, and that's a mistake. That said, you can replace "Trump" with "Team Trump", and the point remains the same. You're right, it's not about the man. It's about the movement of money and people using the man as their spokesperson. But that has always been true, throughout the ages. There were oligarchies hiding behind Hitler and Stalin as well, and now currently behind Putin. If the group surrounding any man gets too pissed off, there is assassination (Kennedy).

The point of the post, however, is the same. "Team 'Democrat'" is claiming to fight totalitarianism by defeating "Team 'Trump'", but is indeed setting up the very totalitarian system they claim to be protecting us from. Team Trump never had the control over the levers of power sufficient to create the threatened "takeover". Team Democrat have far greater penetration in that sense. Thus, in this current moment, Team Democrat is actually the greater threat, because of their capacity and clear documented intent to enact their plans.

This situation is changing rapidly, however, as Team Democrat has overplayed their hand and is quickly losing the very penetration which makes them more dangerous. The balance of power is becoming more fluid, and I would argue that's a good sign. If neither side has the power to enact their will, gridlock will be far preferable to the extreme lunacy of which either of these teams is capable, left to their own devices.
