edit: ok, so he is making fun of the current situation with the vaccines... but, either way he looks crazy as fk.

even if he is trolling the council, he is beyond psychiatric.. this is no way to resolve any problem.

But I think it's an act.

He's probably tripping out something, because that extreme level of animation, and outburst, is coming from the spirit.

These types rule, during violent revolutions.

Useful idiots get away with murder. Literally.

And they're butchered shortly eafter the revolution, because they were fooled by a lie. The revolution was never about what they foolishly believed.

They would resist the actual plans that the regime are organized under, and they'll create problems for the new regime.
So they are quickly disposed of.
