Political wheeling and dealing in action even in that USA Today would even write this article.

Cheney received 76% of her donations from large donors, and 73% were from out of state residents and political actions committees, or PACs,

Her payoff for opposing Trump.

But this can't satisfy her, dying on this hill.

All you need to know is that she won't vote for prosecution of her war-criminal father. She's not a real American.
