Well just to use one example... North Dakota is a constitutional carry state. Firearms transfer from hand to hand there all the time.. for the sake of this statement I'll call them legacy firearms. They were never registered, aren't registered now and don't expect that they will be at any time in the future. There are a few States you can do that... And people do. Anyone who walks into a gun store hands over their personal information and waits to buy a firearm is a traitor to the Constitution. More importantly they're a traitor to natural law. "Shall not be infringed" if you don't honor that... Insist that it be respected. Then "you" are the problem. You can drive through Montana Wyoming North Dakota pick up the local "flea market" publications... Usually free at any little convenience store... In general you can find pretty much what you want and it's all Cash and Carry...

Yeh I understand that, why I mentioned private party sales. It's why when someone sells a firearm, I'm not sure why they collect all this info as if they're govt enforcers themselves. Read any gun forum and it's rife with that.

I don't think they're traitors. But the average person may not have the time to get involved in a firearm community, where you could do private party sales or trades, and they might not live in a state with gun shows, especially since even the gun shows bought in the COVID mania and shit down in a lot of places. So if you're limited in that aspect, your choice is buy a new firearm, and you have to fill out paperwork.

But I will correct you. Shall not be infringed is meaningless. If the people no longer believe in the precepts and basis of the Constitution, then it's essentially staying together for the kids. Paper tigers.

I'll take it a step further. "Shall not be infringed" is meaningless because the United States is no longer a constitutional republic but a corporation doing business as the United States of America. So while we haven't seen it I'm sure they have a mission statement... But the Constitution is your paper tiger. Except if we choose not to comply and be chattel of a corporation. That's my choice anyway as best as I can make it.
