So socks, while I think in this instance limiting the power of the EPA isn't the best idea, overall, I do think limiting the power of these unelected administrative agencies is the 'right' thing legally speaking. Laws were meant to be enacted by congress, not by the executive branch. These agencies are meant to enforce laws, not create them.
