Supreme Court Rules 6-3 That the Planet Should Burn
That sounds really fair and balanced.
Capping carbon dioxide emissions at a level that will force a nationwide transition away from the use of coal to generate electricity may be a sensible ‘solution to the crisis of the day,” Roberts wrote. “But it is not plausible that Congress gave the EPA the authority to adopt on its own such a regulatory scheme … A decision of such magnitude and consequence rests with Congress itself, or an agency acting pursuant to a clear delegation from that representative body.”
Oh wait, that makes sense.
Silly Rolling Stone.

It's no coincidence /u/Spocks specifically chose to link to a CIA propaganda version of this news. They also support the CIA backed neo-Nazi regime in Ukraine and their ethnic cleansing against Russian speaking civilians. They care nothing about the rights and freedoms of we the people and always push for amassing illegitimate power under a fascist government. Fortunately the U.S. Constitution orders that the executive branch government can't unilaterally seize power from the representative branch of government. We the people will defend the freedoms and principles of the U.S. Constitution against all enemies both foreign and domestic.

Which is interesting, why is the CIA mucking about in domestic affairs again?

This all started under Obama, with his start of excessive EPA overreach. Everyone knew it exceed Constitutional limitations, but It just hadn't gotten taken care of until now.
Those who would thwart our Constitution, by destroying our Supreme Court branch of the government, would like to paint this as a new issue with the Supreme Court being somehow corrupt, requiring changing the rules.
Those who can't, always want to change the rules.
So socks, while I think in this instance limiting the power of the EPA isn't the best idea, overall, I do think limiting the power of these unelected administrative agencies is the 'right' thing legally speaking. Laws were meant to be enacted by congress, not by the executive branch. These agencies are meant to enforce laws, not create them.

WTF is climate pollution?
I remember when you had to be literate to get paid to write. Now all that matters is your politics.
