  1. Permanent headquarters for US 5th Army Corps in Poland;

  2. Deployment of additional rotational brigade to Romania;

  3. Deployment of 2 additional F-35 squadrons to the UK;

The Russians "are used to take some" pain. Once the caskets start returning to US-soil, their bobbleheads are in for a lot of pain.

Once the Russians start to attack US-bases on foreign soil (about 800 "known" if i remember right) with hypersonic ballistic missiles (if they feel inclined to use non-nuclear warheads though) or sink the whole US-American fleet with super-cavitation torpedoes (if they feel inclined to use non-nuclear warheads though).

Or they bomb JSOC into the hell where they belong for their state-terrorism with one small but fast missile.
