Ok so if this tweet is right, US is totally out of moves. No more agency in the whole affair.

So whatever America does next, it can't be blamed for - after all, America's decision making is exhausted, whatever happens next is not America's contemporary decision making. They are out moves with all chips on the table. Which means that however Biden reacts next is not America's doing.

It's an interesting perspective. It kind of absolves them of any blame in actions taken after this tweet, which looks to be around 26 hours old now if I am reading right.

Wow. So Biden is absolved of all repercussions of the actions he may take after this tweet 26 hours ago, because he has no more actions he can take. Your intellect is truly stunning and without equal. We can literally start World War III now, assured in the fact that America will take zero responsibility for Biden's actions. Clearly I had no idea how important this tweet was. Thanks for putting it into perspective for me.

After all - you're the OP - it's you making the statement here that the west have no further agency in this conflict.

If there are no further cards to play - then when I think I see America playing a card or taking a decision, am I mistaken? How can America be taking more decisions - they're out of moves, according to you. Explain yourself.
