I've recently learned that part of the civil war plan was the creation of a second class citizenship, under the 14th amendment to eventually subjugate the free people of the United States of America.

Another part of this plan occurred in 1933, when the govt was bankrupted.

The remaining free people of the USA were quietly moved into a status of voluntary servitude, and their birth certificates were collateralized as assets for future earnings; hence income taxes.

The ruling elite quietly created a superior political status, that they could continue to benefit from as free individuals, which was beyond the legal jurisdiction of the new administrative state.

This is why gold was confiscated from the public.

Gold is real money, and property can't own property.

This is why you have to register your:

  • Car
  • Guns
  • Children in school.
  • Etc.

Registering property is assigning a property with to another legal person/agency.

Don't take my word for it.

This superior political status is documented in the state dept passport application.

Section 308 INA confers U.S. nationality but not U.S. citizenship, on persons born in "an outlying possession of the United States" or born of a parent or parents who are non-citizen nationals who meet certain physical presence or residence requirements. The term “outlying possessions of the United States” is defined in Section 101(a)(29) of the INA as American Samoa and Swains Island. No other statutes define any other territories or any of the states as outlying possessions.

Born of a parent. As in birthright.

The real American aristocracy.

Our stolen birthright.

I recently joined this group. (TB)

The keys to freedom:

Section 302 of Public Law 94 - 241: Any person who becomes a citizen of the United States solely by virtue of the provisions in Section 301 [applying to those born in or residing in the Northern Mariana Islands] may within six months after the effective date of that Section or within six months after reaching the age of 18 years, whichever date is later, become a national but not a citizen of the United States by making a declaration under oath before any court established by the Constitution or laws of the United States or any other court of record in the Commonwealth in the form as follows " I _____ being duly sworn, hereby declare my intention to be a national but not a citizen of the United States."

Ignore the false preconditions. They can't deny this right, as it is a political right.

The declaration is what is required. Because this is a fraud of the feudal system, which is imposed on the country.

That's why you're born into your status.
The feudal system.
Verbal contact, historically.

Better yet, draft an affidavit and notarize it.
Sent it to the US Secretary of State, because that is the Lord of the Manor.

Edit: 14th amendment citizens are modern serfs. Literally.

You can free yourself.

Look up Roger Sayles.

Yea, because the parties totes flipped sides making the Republicans the party of slavery instead of the Democrats who seceded from the union then implemented the Jim Crowe laws and the very first gun control laws when they lost. That was totally the Republican's fault because the parties just magically flipped at some point that absolutely nobody can seem to define.

They aren't humans and giving them rights was a huge mistake. If we had shipped them off somewhere 90% of our problems today wouldn't exist.
