Huh, I wonder what kind of budget they'd put into something like that. I mean, it's obviously going to be plucked from the pockets of the taxpayers to begin with, but how much of that can they realistically allocate before someone sane intervenes or, much more likely, some other "feel-good, do-nothing" project demands that money.
