I would think the fact that Oakland ranks #15 out of the 100 most dangerous large cities in America might be a slightly more pressing public health crisis.

Last week, members of the Oakland City Council voted without opposition to declare the public health crisis and vow to work on studies and actions that advance racial equity.

Yeah, that can only come from the people, and their very own personal responsibility. Black people are in charge of their own destiny, and have been for hundreds of years. They choose, time and time again to squander what's already been "given" to them in the name of racial inequality.

They were given college, and they fail out at a rate that's 40 percent higher than other races.

They were given jobs, and they consistently underperform.

They were given housing, do you need pictures?

If you give a nigger a set of golf clubs, they will pawn them, not learn the game.

They have every opportunity to clean their neighborhoods, and CHOOSE not to. They have every opportunity to pull up their pants and stop shooting people, they CHOOSE not to. They have millions of opportunities yearly to father their children, they CHOOSE not to.

Get fucked.

This isn't "black people are bad" racism, this is a superwoke Diversity, Inclusion and Equity measure. This is the "white people are bad and let's figure out how white people cause black people to kill black people" kind of racism.
