It's pretty clear that he was arrested for refusing to speak to the Jan 6 committee not for saying he vows to impeach Biden. How could he do that anyways if he isn't a lawmaker?

So it was a complete coincidence. Uh-huh, sure. The powerful sure don't operate like that, do they? They never make a point by flexing, or send a message.

He had days to respond to the committee, he probably knew that he was going to be arrested soon and said he would impeach try to get Biden impeached right before the deadline.
