If a woman calls herself a man and strips naked in the men's changing room, how endangered are you going to feel?

If a woman calls herself a man and competes against you in your sport of choice, what's going to happen?

If a woman calls herself a man and pretends to be a male nurse to take care of your grandfather, does that mean he might get raped?
