I always think back on the Kevin Smith story of the late musician Prince who wanted his people to find him a camel in the middle of the night during the Minnesota winter. He couldn't understand why this wasn't possible. They tend to live in a different reality than the rest of us. I think the celebrities who speak out (woke) tend to be the ones who have that disconnect with the real world, so I don't believe that non-woke celebrities are held back from roles. You just don't usually hear from them.
