Who cares? Musk will fix nothing. Trump did not and will not fix anything and Biden will not fix anything. Not sure why folks expect so much from these people when in fact it's our fault for letting this get as bad as it has.

Great point.

Regardless, musk has already done far more than Trump. Moreover, what people like musk and DeSantis are doing is showing that people can do something, however big or small it is. But you have to take risks.

Trump, talked big game, but cowered on EVERYTHING that mattered. The Republicans have said for years that they couldn't do anything that Florida's Ron has done, proving it isn't that these people don't believe it can't be done, it's that they won't do it and largely disagree with the people that put them there. Controlled opposition.

But ultimately, you're correct. If the people don't stand up locally, if they don't hold their representatives accountable, then you get Kevin McCarthy, Lindsay Graham and Donald Trump, all bluster and nothing else.

Democrats and Republicans all drink champagne together behind closed doors while laughing at us and the divide they caused. People will never wake up to that fact. Our best chance was when Occupy WallStreet happened which actually scared the elites forcing them to insert their woke soldiers into the movement leading to what we now see today.

I don't believe in bailing out banks, using the government to crush the free market for monopolies and allow government and big business to back each other with other Americans money; but I believe in bailing out people that live beyond their means who are unwilling to work for their earnings that are required to survive, can't learn to survive without the need of currency entirely and believe in communal authoritarian ideologies.

Partially true but not all. The part about drinking champagne together is kind of true but laughing at us and the divide they've caused is not. I am friends with several politicians and they get along much better behind the scenes than one may think. Not all but most. They still try and improve the movements they endorse for sure but laughing at us really does not happen.

I don’t mean it as literal laughing but pleased with themselves at the divide they caused that causes us to fight each other and not pay attention to what they are doing. It’s also not just politicians in the group it’s also many figures from the upper 1% who these politicians work for.

I understand. We've likely all watched the Hollywood movies where the politicians are at private parties living the high life and acting like life-long best friends. Some may do that but the few I know want nothing to do with the private party life which I am glad to see.

Glad someone around here gets it. You'd think the entirety of this site is lining up to get buttfucked by Elon full of manlove.

I don't need to do anything, Jesus will fix it.

Quote by Andrew Torba who made Gab, the worst website I have ever seen. Andrew Torba is pure modern scum, he will never do anything of value. At least Elon Musk has a chance. His Tesla cars actually do work, unlike Gab.

Wow, where did that come from?

I use Gab almost every day. Works pretty well, especially considering Torba's not a billionaire and built the site from scratch, on his own infrastructure. And now it has millions of users. Back when Trump got banned from Twitter, a conservatives were signing up to alternatives, he claimed Gab got 500,000 new users a day.

Trump was even in talks to buy Gab, but Torba wouldn't sell, because he knew Trump would institute his own brand of censorship.

And no, unfortunately, Musk doesn't have a chance. Best case, he moderates a little of the censorship, but otherwise, nothing meaningful changes. It will remain a censor-heavy leftist echo chamber. If Musk attempts to change that, every other tech company will just ban Twitter, just as they did to Parler, Gab and any other site they don't control. And even Musk doesn't have enough money to buy them all off.

I appreciate Musk just for the pure panic he has caused from the crazy wokies. Plus it caused Talcum X to delete his account so that’s a win in my book.

Exactly.

He just sells the principle of hope and fucks the rich with their own fucked-up beliefs.

Above that he was born with a lot of sugar blown up his ass because his parents were fucked-up South-African emerald-mine-owners and classical slave-drivers.

Probably he even is a classical jew.
