Like most things pot was a bubble. Everyone investing into it thought the money train would never end. My province built a production plant and after 3 years they never made a single dime. Just a $94 million dollar bill.
If you were on the leading edge of the industry you made money in the opening months. Then everyone got into it and saturated the market. Also, demand was a fraction of expectations and the black market only strengthened...
