A brief announcement about a new Substack for censored Russians

It's a sad state of affairs when I couldn't initially tell if he was referring to Russians censored in Russia or Russians censored in the US/EU.

Since Russia seems to have more free speech than the West these days, I assumed he probably meant the West, and yep, that was it.
