The "Can't Ask About Males in the Women's Prisons" bill was signed by Governor Inslee and went into effect immediately and retroactively as an emergency. You can't ask how many males the women inmates are forced to share cells, showers and living spaces with. 1/ You can't ask which of those males have committed sexual assaults against females. You can't ask which of the future sexual assaults in the women's prison were committed by males. 2/
