I believe it is much simpler. Putin has had enough of Nato expansion in East Europe and hypocrisy of the West. He obviously feels kind of encircled and is concerned by the western staged regime changes in so many countries in direct Russian neighbourhood.

I'm not sure if Putin will survive his leap of faith politically but i'm sure Russia will survive Putin. As will other systems that don't follow US-American cultural pseudo-world-dictatorship.

Strategically this attack can be interpreted as an attack on the hegemony of the US-Dollar which is long overdue. And if sucessful the whole world (except the US) will profit from becoming more multipolar financially.

hypocrisy of the West

Yes, with a little push from the media nearly everyone in the US decided that Putin deserved all the blame and the US had never done and would never do anything to compare with Russian aggression—such hypocrisy from a warlike country such as the US.

The history goes even deeper:

In 2001 Putin gave a speech in German language (sic!) in front of the German parliament. In this speech he invited the German government and all of EU to develop a Euro-Russian cooperative policy for keeping the peace and strenghtening the economic relations because Russia also views itself as an European country. This was met with standing ovations. But then most EU-countries became rather blind US-vasall-states than even trying to develop an own policy for themselves. Which Putin more or less demanded again and again in the decades following.

According to wikispooks (afaic) this happened because the German "elite" voluntarily underwent the brainwashing programs financed by the Rockefeller foundation and other US-oligarch's organizations at so-called elite-universities on US-soil. For years now.

Just look at how fast Merkel and Scholz withdrew their legimate interest in Nord Stream 2, after the US-Presidents applied pressure. This clearly is a transgression of national autonomy and shows how thin the spine of most German politicians actually is. It is no surprise, Putin doesn't take Germany or the EU serious.

How can / should he?

Well yeah. Trying to subvert and control hostile foreign countries through economics has been a US tactic for decades. That's why Nixon opened trade with China, in the middle of the Cold War. It was thought economic dependencies would be a way to reduce hostilities while liberalizing and westernizing China though cultural propaganda.

And it works, but only when your side is guaranteed to be the dominant economy indefinitely.

But since China has a larger population, and just as many, if not more, natural resources than the US, the plan backfired when the Chinese economy eclipsed the US economy. Now US companies routinely censor criticisms of the Chinese government least they get banned from the world's largest economy.

Just look at how fast Merkel and Scholz withdrew their legimate interest in Nord Stream 2, after the US-Presidents applied pressure.

Yep. And considering Germany has allegedly spent over a $1 billion on Nord Stream 2, that was a considerable ask by the US, because it'll hurt Germany a lot more than Russia. In addition to losing all that investment, Germany will have to pay even more to buy oil elsewhere. Meanwhile, Russia will still be able to sell its oil, and at even higher prices. So they'll take a hair cut on NS2, but they'll quickly make it up elsewhere.

Just like China reversed the tactic, making the US nearly a vassal state to China, Putin also realized the con for what it is and made the EU heavily dependent on Russian fuel. That's really the only reason Putin felt he had enough leverage to act. With the EU and the US crippled by fuel shortages, as a result of their own sanctions, and with an incompetent leader in DC, we can yell and scream and broadcast all the anti-Russian propaganda we want, but we can't really do anything to stop him without hurting ourselves just as much.

And now the US/China is easternizing the west with ChiPop. But in all seriousness, good post.

People in the US usually take up the will of the executive, enitrely in the hands of neoconservative Jews. Neocons don't even have to do anything at this point. They could be anti-war and you get a prepackaged segment on CNN, MSNBC going on about how Putin is corrupt (he is) but we need to arm Ukraine or send in troops, and they would hoorah for war .

Antisemitism has nothing to do with criticizing Jewish power or Zionism (corporation). If you're antisemitic in the real definition of the word, you are "anti-hebrew and arabic language."

Come on, nobody uses it like that.

If you criticize jews at all, it's antisemitism. Noticing they disproportionately occupy positions of power is antisemitism.

No matter the side, they both claim they want to serve the jewish agenda whatever that is. So whoever wins, the winner is actually the same.

It's very convenient for the Zionists. Their agenda is fairly clear: world domination. Probably at first they will rule along with the Chinese.

According to Putin NATO has been encroaching on Russia since the end of the cold war despite assurances to the contrary. If Putin doesn't get what he wants in Eastern Ukraine, removal of the Nazi element, Russia will launch a scorched earth campaign of destruction. It's that simple.

Both Ukraine and Russia are run by Jewish oligarchs.

Yep. And the US is also run by Jewish oligarchs. This is a proxy war between the rich, vying for Ukraine's resources and strategic location. And everyone else will have to pay the price.
