  • His racial motivations and BLM sympathies are explicit in his social media history, including his attempt at a music career as a "woke" rapper rapping about black power and violence against White people.

  • He is not "mentally ill". As a juvenile offender, he was given a standard psych exam and prescribed antidepressants, like everyone who is processed. A follow-up exam released him from his status.

  • Incidence of mental illness does not contradict racial or ideological motivation. Mental illness is not a motive.

  • Prior propensity to criminality does not contradict racial or ideological motivation. Propensity to crime is not a motive.

  • As circumstances would have it, Brooks should have been in jail. He was not in jail because a progressive DA let him out on effectively $100 bail for a crime he'd committed the week prior. This was in the interests of BLM and far-left demands for special leniency for black criminals, or "bail reform" in their jargon. When Brooks was incarcerated pending trial for his antiwhite terrorist mass-casualty vehicular attack, bail was set at effectively $500,000. An attempt was made by the far-left, BLM-aligned organization "the Bail Project" to raise the funds via GoFundMe, one of three attempts which were shut down.

There is no such thing as "white supremacism".
