The existence of bot campaigns doesn't mean there are no authentic supporters. 90% of the "Lets go Brandon" posting you see is bots. Every side of every issue is bots now. Its gotten so you can't even tell where the people are at from a comment box on social media because its so polluted with bots.

we need a social media portal that verifies the identity of it's users and allows the OP of topics to remove toxic users from that thread.

A double-edged sword though. Bots suck, but our communities benefit from anonymity. People do not want to be personally known and identified as dissidents for obvious reasons
