This is just some charity suggesting this.

I live in the Bay Area, and the wealthy San Franciscans view the homeless as subhumans, they won't be doing anything of the sort. These supposed 'liberals' now support Mayor London's Breeds plan to sweep the homeless off of the streets by arresting them for such high crimes as 'sitting on the sidewalk'.

Yes, but they also refuse to build shelters or safe injection sites or portable toilets in these areas. Also, they could arrest people for shooting up or defecating without making laws that criminalize sitting.

I'm not gonna say it isnt a problem - it is. I'm just saying that these supposedly compassionate SF liberals dont give 2 shits about homeless people and they view them as subhumans
