Not even the outbursts, his facial expressions and speech cadence make it obvious especially if you compare them to older videos.

That was not much of an outburst. There are lots of videos of him rambling incoherently, mixing up the words in his sentences, clearly becoming confused. Obviously he has dementia, but this is some weak ass evidence. There is much better evidence.

thats not dementia. i do believe hes slipping but real dementia is a mess and he wouldn't even be able to read. they might have him on uppers or downers to control the symptoms.

There are different etiologies of dementia; dementia is just an umbrella term. Dementia is progressive but it can present differently from person to person and depending on the etiology of the dementia. (IE just because he can still read doesn't actually rule out dementia) Diagnosis is clinical usually with serial moca tests (or via autopsy). I think there's a strong case that he does have dementia; there's nothing to rule it out.
