The pretrial detention figures are tragic. People's lives crash when they're locked away.
Nothing improves for anyone.
It reminds me of a particular black slave owner who excessively whipped his slaves, and even made the other slave owners cringe.
I'm really hoping this unexpected wave of judges aren't neo-Bolsheviks.

The problem with that idea is it assumes people who go to court are guilty, which assumes cops only arrest the right person every time. It also assumes the police and DA only ever work in good faith. We know all of these things are wrong, we see it time and time again
The courts aren't there to find the truth of what happened, they're there to convict you.

Assuming actions onto others is just so easy. Right?
Why not casually disallow banksters of robbing us blind, and use the recovered monies to improve the world. Fix their place too.
Everyone is getting robbed by the banks so we have skin in that fight/game?
Whereas, I'm unaffected by the court-imposed bail scams.
So, let's punch up. Just saying...

People's lives crash when they're locked away.
Not when they are young people who have never hit a boundary or faced the consequences of their actions their whole lives so far. Then getting locked up is often just what they need to face reality and turn their lives around.
It reminds me of a particular black slave owner ...
That has no relevance to this. Just snide racism, like comparing Israel to Nazis with no real comparison.

Israel and Germany aren't comparable.
In this case, both are black on black injustice. Both are extreme examples relative to the norm.
It's relevant.

there's no rehabilitating them, they're too retarded, we just need to lock them up so they're off the streets
