Apparently threw away the evidence in this case, for some reason. It makes no sense that he could have cut his hand as he did with a blade stuck flat in the centre of the poster.

Claims to have been disemboweled in an attack, resulting in him carrying his intestines down to the local hospital. Claims to have multiple personalities living inside his head (i.e. head mates). Has a history of self-harming for attention.

In short, we're supposed to believe a serial attention seeking transgender activist with very apparent mental health issues was improbably injured while removing a poster with a razor blade stuck flat on the back in the centre, and he disposed of the evidence?

To encourage trans people to compete in sports they need to add bandwagon jumping as an Olympic event.
