Fucking over whitey doesn't get down ballot Democrats votes in 2022 and 2024. It gets you the "Gulf, Southern, & Atlantic States of America" after the big divorce.

Clickbait, there is no prioritizing. The article says "Guidance issued by the Biden administration states certain individuals may be considered "high risk"". "May be" being the operative phrase, "may be" considered high risk, that does not mean they will be considered high risk. Blacks and nonwhite hispanics tend to be victims of medical racism so being that their concerns are not taken seriously if they "may be" considered high risk then there is nothing wrong with that.

Nowhere in the article does it say a high risk white person wont receive treatment ASAP. I'm willing to bet that racist doctors will find ways to not deem blacks and nonwhite hispanics as "high risk".

There was a black female doctor who went to a hospital with COVID19 and was sent home. White doctors did not want to listen to her and treat her. Later on she went to another hospital and ended up dying from COVID19. Being nonwhite is a high risk factor. If not for medical racism there would be no need to label nonwhites as high risk.

Black doctor dies of COVID after alleging hospital mistreatment: 'This is how Black people get killed'

Lying in a hospital bed laboring for breath despite being on oxygen, Dr. Susan Moore, a 52-year-old Black physician, stared into her cell phone and recorded a video alleging her battle with COVID-19 was made worse by the treatment she received from a doctor at a suburban Indianapolis, Indiana, hospital.

Moore's case appears to highlight a concern health-care advocates say has been exposed by the pandemic: allegations that Black people and minorities suffering from COVID receive inferior medical treatment compared to whites.

Black people have also been disproportionately affected and have died from coronavirus more than their white counterparts. An analysis by the Brookings Institution released earlier this year showed that Black people with COVID have died at 3.6 times the rate of white people.

We don't want racism encoded in our laws, simple as that.

There's no racism, nowhere does it say whites cant get treatment.

That is not the determination of racism. This stinks of past racist legal racism like separate but equal and the 3/5ths compromise, where one person is not equal to another person based on the color of their skin.

These high risk statistics are also used in the UK and other countries, where higher risk people are invited to get vaccines earlier.

I wonder if I am considered 3/5ths of a black person for purposes of treatment.
