Naw it used to be used by WASP to mean a derogatory term for Spanish Italian and Portuguese Caucasians, but ignoramuses think it means anybody that speaks Spanish. Wigger on the other hand, used to be derogatory for Irish, but it now means white person that acts like they're black, but that one makes more sense.

After a quick web search, the two most popular theories are: 1) derived from the word speak said with a Spanish accent from Panama in the early 1900's 2) a shortened play on the word spaghetti, referring to Italians

I can not find any other origin for wigger other than the combination of the words white nigger.

Interesting. I always knew that wigger meant a white person trying to act like they're black or pretending to black. You learn something new everyday.
