That would be blaming themselves because they are white. Mexico is a by-product of Spanish imperialism. Spain is a white country.

Anglosphere media represents Spanish people as darker to play to stereotypes.

I have a blond haired, blue eyed Spanish friend in London and he's never been offered a Spanish role in the UK or America because they say he wouldn't be believable. The rest of Europe he can play those parts.

Race is a social construct and it is constructed to pit groups of people against each other. Therfore the jews in power will never allow Hispanics to group with whites because it throws off the balance of strength and size between the factions they created.
