This is an interesting video.

The alleged attacker ran at the cops, and then was shot three times at point-blank range (within 5-10 ft) with a shotgun? Three times.

He was running forward... Towards the officers.

Yet, he manages to fall backwards and partially break his fall with his hands???

He should have face planted. Limp.

Also, where's the blood from the shotgun spray?

A bloodless point-blank shotgun blast?

PsyOp videos are often released to the public with grainy low-resolution video, which made it difficult (but not impossible) to see what was actually occurring (or wasn't occuring).

IIRC "Potato cam" is a term that was coined sometime in the 2010's.
