A major news network attempting to dox and intimidate jurors...what a world we live in.

It's such standard practice now that it's almost boring.

It wasn't a year ago when these same major news networks, acted in confederacy with black-hat hackers a "tRaNsPaReNcY gRoUp" to dox and disemploy working stiffs who committed the "crime" of donating $10 to Rittenhouse's legal defense fund.

It's not like they will face any repercussions. They've been telling their viewers since it happened that Rittenhouse is a murderer.

Give them their own medicine.

There is a District Attorney office whose jurisdiction a Jury Tampering case against MSNBC would fall in.

The DA, Michael Greavey, is a correspondent in a tranche of released text communication between he on his county-issued phone and BLM organizer, Whitney Cabal. In the exchanges, she threatens to burn Kenosha to the ground if the officer who shot Jacob Blake is not indicted. He explains that it's complicated. Ultimately he suggests they get together for breakfast and discuss it further.

The DA has tasked his ADA, Thomas Binger, with conducting a showtrial on Kyle Rittenhouse. The fact of the DA office's decision not to prosecute the officer in the Jacob Blake incident demonstrates that the trial is a political trial.

When ADA Binger presents his case that Rittenhouse's presence on the street that night was the only presence without legitimate purpose, he is telling us that Rittenhouse's crime was political. The rioters' were exercising the political authority of the sovereign by their operation in the streets that night. Rittenhouse stands on trial for defying the rioters' authority. The charges against Rittenhouse are only nominally "homicide". His actual offense is "Interfering with a riot". He is on trial for cleaning BLM graffiti and using a fire extinguisher to put out a fire set by BLM rioters. These were the actions which justified, in Binger's purview, the rioters' violence.

By the same token, Grosskreutz is not charged for illegally carrying a weapon and he isn't charged with lying to the police. We can be certain that, had Grosskreutz succeeded in killing Rittenhouse, Binger would not have indicted him for that either. Had Huber succeeded in braining Rittenhouse, Binger would not have indicted him. Had Rosenbaum succeeded in taking Rittenhouse's rifle and murdering him with it, Binger's office would present a contrasting theory of self-defense.

We must then consider that the delivery of a showtrial for Kyle Rittenhouse was the cost DA Greaveley agreed to pay to Whitney Cabal in exchange for the liberty to decline prosecution of the officer in the Jacob Blake incident.

This is the extent to which things have deteriorated in Kenosha WI. Kenosha WI is not commonly thought of as a site for revolutionary ferment. The fact of this happening in places like Kenosha indicates that there are no apples in the barrel which are not rotten.

However, it gets worse. We also know that the federal government is involved. We know that the FBI had captured drone footage of the entire incident Rittenhouse experienced. We know that the FBI manipulated access to it's footage with the effect of advantaging the Prosecution. This raises an enormous number of very dark questions:

  • Who, among the rioters who initiated interaction with Rittenhouse that night, may have been Agents of CHIs of the FBI?
  • What was their conduct?
  • How many drones did the FBI have in operation that night? Was it happenstance that the drone captured the incident?
  • Did the FBI deploy drones on other dates? In other locations at other sites of BLM activity?
  • What other incidents did the FBI capture in their BLM drone footage?
  • Are there other criminal and civil proceedings which could be affected by drone footage in the FBI's possession?

As an aside: what kind of GD idiot(s) chase a guy carrying a rifle? Engaging someone who has a rifle while the attacker has a blunt instrument (skate board) or a sidearm is moronic. The bozo who got his bicep shot off is lucky it was only an AR-15.

that guy was suicidal, he wanted to die, had asked someone else to kill him that day.

Is there any law that she has broke other then running the red light? What about MSNBC? Any repercussions for them?

[–]wristaction 3 insightful - 2 fun3 insightful - 1 fun4 insightful - 2 fun -  (0 children)

I have to imagine so. We have the Editor's name because the reporter gave it up to police when pulled over, so there likely won't be any "I just happened to be travelling in the same direction" nonsense.
