How is this not obvious from the physical evidence already? Everyone is exploding over this like something new was revealed. It's literally on camera, and ballistics can prove conclusively what the position of his arm was when he got hit.

They're just trying to make people afraid to defend themselves from state-sanctioned terrorists.

I mean the reason he admitted it in court was he had to.

They were literally playing the video of him we've all seen in front of him and getting him to describe it.

What I've seen people saying is they won't throw it out for this because they still might be able to get something on the other charges.

So it looks like we've got a long way to go and he's still at risk.
